Eland Dream Villas complex consists of four newly-built villas situated across two acres which slope towards the sea and enables all four villas to have unlimited views of the coastline.

The recently completed villas have been built with state-of-the-art materials. They are insulated and are equipped with temperature controlled automatic air-conditioning. All the villas have spacious verandas with unimpeded views of the Cretan Sea. The verandas are furnished with comfortable sitting areas, so that you can relax with your morning coffee or evening meal.Each villa overlooks its own private swimming pool with hydromassage. Our guests can unwind in their individual outdoor garden and terrace area complete with sunbeds. Private parking is available onsite.Eland Dream villas offers their guests all the necessary amenities for maximum comfort and enjoyment during their stay.Eland Dream Villas boasts an outdoor private pool and barbecue. Free to air satellite flat screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.Featuring a terrace, all villas are air-conditioned and feature a seating and dining area. Some units have a balcony and/or patio. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. A toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower in every unit. Towels are offered.Each villa has a full equipped kitchen with plenty of electrical devices (such as oven, rings, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, mixer, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board and more) a living room, private parking and private swimming pool with hydromassage, outdoor sitting area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a BBQ.Free Wifi, Satellite TV and A/C in each room, en suite bathroom in each bedroom. Bathtowels and swimming pool towels are provided.Every 3-4 days changing of bedlinens and bathtowels, if the guests would like a daily cleaning is with extra cost.

EACH VILLA UNIQUE FACILITIES:ONLY Villa Helios has an extra family bath without shower, only WC with the washing machine inside and a fireplace for the Winter.ONLY Villa Avra has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on first floor and ground floor and an extra bedroom on the basement of the villa with bathroom ( not en suite) and a small gym with a ping pong table.ONLY Villa Avgi has 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.ONLY Villa Aiolos has the biggest outdoor area and an organic garden with vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers ) that you can use during your staying.Parking space for 2 cars in Villa Helios Aiolos and Avra, only.Villa Avgi has one parking space.Eland Villas is a small site built in a very beautiful location.The distance that separates you from the beach is only 100 m walk and the centre of Chania is only 5 km away by car. The coastline of Chania includes several beaches such as Agioi Apostoloi, Stalos, Agia Marina and many more.
