If they arrive outside of office hours, we will leave the keys in a safe, next to our office and we will send the code to open it by SMS.
2. The time of entry to the apartment is at 15 hours (before if available) and the departure at 10 hours. You can extend the departure to 20 hours with a supplement of 25 Euros, whenever possible.
3. The 200 damage deposit is paid by card. One week before arrival we will send a link from the BBVA bank (Redsys.es) for the payment of the 200 deposit. The refund will be made to the same credit card charged no later than 7 days after departure, if there were no incidents.
