The private complex Rock Bay Villas has security and video surveillance of the public areas 24/7. Only villa guests and staff are allowed on the property.

Each villa has a parking space for 2 cars. There are also parking spaces in the reception area

Villas policies:

The Guest shall pay a deposit of 2000 EUR cash for each villa as a security against any damage and to ensure the safety of the property. "This security deposit paid directly to the member of Rock Bay Villas Team at the moment of check-in, "and will be returned in full during the Guest’s check-out, provided that the property is not damaged.

No pets allowed.

Smoking is not permitted indoors but allowed only in open areas or in special places of the common areas.

Free parking fo 2 cars for each villa.

According to Greek law, silence must be observed from 23:00 to 08:00.The complex has 24 hours security and video surveillance. The Guests shall be responsible for the safety of their personal staff. Therefore, we ask you to keep them in the safe.

It is prohibited to use glassware in open areas. Each villa has a set of unbreakable dishes for such purposes.

All parties, celebrations, any type of cooking/catering/chef services/massage services/dj playing and/or any other service strictly prohibited without approval of Rock Bay Villas representative.

Pool heating 250 euro per day, need to be ordered in 12 hours.
