It is only 2 km to the sandy beach, 3 km to the centre of Puerto Rico, and 45 km to Las Palmas Airport.The complex was renovated in 2006 and comprises 35 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests include a reception, a restaurant, bar, a lobby area, a currency exchange facility and a fax service. Further services include a hotel safe, lift access, a cafe, a newspaper stand, a mini supermarket and a kids club. There is parking available for those arriving by car.The apartments comprise 1 sleeping room fully refurbished in summer 2007, a fully equipped bathroom, a dining/living room with a sofa bed as well as an equipped kitchenette. In the apartments, guests may expect satellite/ cable TV, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a double bed and a safe. All apartments feature large terraces with views of the lovely Amadores Beach.The complex features a childrens swimming pool and an adult swimming pool heated with solar panels and a poolside snackbar, a sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols.
