Terracotta and mosaic floors, a fireplace and marble give the house a Mediterranean and exclusive flair. The property is divided into a main building and a smaller one, where there are two bedrooms each for two people with own shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds, both have satellite TV and access to one of the several terraces.The main house is accessible from the street, on which there is a private parking for two to three cars. The access is secured by an electronic gate. A small lounge leads into the house. On this floor you will find a large double bedroom with satellite TV and an additional sofa bed for one person, a bathroom with whirlpool and a balcony with sea views.20 steps lead down to another level of the house. Here there is a large lounge with sofas for up to 12 people, which opens to the furnished terrace with sea views. From the living room a corridor leads to two double bedrooms with own shower rooms.
